Located within Stafford’s Market Square, famous for its historical buildings including the 18th century Shire Hall Gallery, the Farmers Market is a great place to buy fresh and local produce, as well as supporting local businesses.
Goods for sale are cakes, oatcakes, wines, jams and preserves, fresh meat, sausages, bacon, eggs and scotch eggs, pastries, street food, and many more items too numerous to mention.
Traders begin to set up their stalls from as early as 7.30am with the majority being open for trading from 9am, they close at around 3pm or when they have nothing left to sell.
